Ideas shall be submitted through the online submission form, which should be filled out and accompanied by a detailed description of your innovative concept.
The contest will begin accepting submissions on August 23rd through November 29th, 2010.
The winner will be announced on December 20th, 2010 with the building of the
website to begin January 4th, 2011.
All those ideas which are not sufficiently detailed, whose information is incomplete or in which all the requested documentation is not provided will be rejected.
